West Tradies is a community based club founded on a spirit of friendliness and service.
We are not as big as some but we have big ideas when it comes to professional service and caring for our customers.
Our modern club has five flexible function spaces that can be adapted to suit any occasion, whether for business, a wedding or a special celebration.
Our staff are experienced in successfully delivering many types of events and you can be assured that they will work closely with you to ensure that all the details of your event are just as you want them and that everything runs smoothly on the day.
Special packages make functions at West Tradies very affordable and our catering team consistently deliver great food for your guests from delicious breakfasts and barbecues to generous buffets and fabulous full service meals.
The club is conveniently located on Woodstock Avenue in Dharruk, Western Sydney and has ample parking for guests.

Weddings
We know that celebrating your happiness with family and friends will create cherished memories not just for you but for all your guests. Whatever style of wedding you dream of, from a large event to an intimate gathering, we can work with you to make your day perfect. Our staff are experienced in working with couples and their families so that all the details of your wedding are just as you want them and everything runs smoothly on the day. We can help with colour schemes and décor, the flowers, entertainment and even the wedding cake, photographer and car hire. A special entrance can be created and we have changing areas for the bridal party as well as ample guest parking. Function Rooms
Our flexible function spaces can be adapted for many events and celebrations:
Birthday parties, Anniversary dinners, Christenings, graduations, school formals, wakes and small or large business events.
Auditorium
The auditorium is a flexible space that can be divided if a smaller area is required. It has its own outdoor area for smoking breaks and is fully self-contained with bar facilities and audio-visual capabilities. It has its own dance floor.
The maximum seating capacity is:
Cocktail 350 guests
Dining 300 guests
Theatre 300 guests
Classroom 150 guests
Tradies Lounge
This light-filled lounge area can be adapted for business events or private parties. It has a stage and is fully self-contained.
The maximum seating capacity is:
Cocktail 300 guests
Dining 180 guests
Theatre 250 guests
Classroom 120 guests
Meeting Room
This modern self-contained meeting room would suit small seminars and presentations. It has a plasma TV screen.
The maximum seating capacity is:
Theatre 85 guests
Classroom 36 guests
U Shape 30 guests
VIP Board Room
The VIP Board Room can be used for business meetings or can be transformed into a special space for an intimate wedding or celebration. It is fully self contained with a small bar area for cocktails.
The maximum seating capacity is:
Cocktail 30 guests
Dining 20 guests (large table)
Board Room Meeting 20 guests
T Shape 25 guests
Corporate Events

Our staff are experienced in successfully delivering many types of events and you can be assured that they will work closely with you to ensure that all the details of your event are just as you want them and that everything runs smoothly on the day.
Special packages make functions at West Tradies very affordable and our catering team consistently deliver great food for your guests from delicious breakfasts and morning teas to generous buffets and fabulous full service meals. We also have an outdoor barbecue area for more informal dining.
Packages include all business requirements such as audio-visual equipment, note paper and pens. Additional services can be organised as required such as flowers, decorations, entertainment or professional MC.
The club is conveniently located on Woodstock Avenue and there is ample parking for your guests.
